If the registered phone number for your reservation is an international number, a hotel and IP phone number, or any other number that cannot be used for reservation verification within Japan, please proceed with your reservation through the dedicated website with a credit card registration feature provided below.

We do not accept proxy reservations or resale transfers in order to prevent any issues. If someone other than the person who made the reservation shows up at the restaurant, we will refuse entry and charge a 100% cancellation fee according to our reservation rules show as above. Please note that you may be asked to show your ID when you enter the restaurant. We may contact you by phone prior to your visit to confirm your identity. If we are unable to verify your identity, we will proceed to cancel your reservation according to our cancellation policy. Please note that we do not respond to inquiries via email or international phone numbers.
■Cancellation Policy
Course fees include the private room charge and tax. A 100% cancellation fee applies from five (5) days prior to your reservation date. A 100% charge also applies to same-day reductions in party size or arrivals 15 minutes or more late without notice. To verify reservations, we may call you in advance; please provide a reachable Japan phone number (international, hotel, IP, or proxy numbers cannot be used). If verification is not possible, the reservation may be canceled in line with our policy.
