We do not accept proxy reservations or resale transfers in order to prevent any issues. If someone other than the person who made the reservation shows up at the restaurant, we will refuse entry and charge a 100% cancellation fee according to our reservation rules show as above. Please note that you may be asked to show your ID when you enter the restaurant. We may contact you by phone prior to your visit to confirm your identity. If we are unable to verify your identity, we will proceed to cancel your reservation according to our cancellation policy. ■Cancellation Policy
Course fees (including private room charges and consumption tax) Counter seats: 30% cancellation fee from 4 days before, 100% from the day before. Private rooms: 30% from 7 days before, 100% from 3 days before. Reduction in the number of people on the day or delay of 15 minutes or more without contact: 100%. We have to verify your information over the phone so we accept you provide us the domestic phone number we can reach.( no any international phone numbers, hotel phone numbers, proxy’s phone number or other the other like) If we are unable to verify your identity over the phone, your reservation will be canceled.
